INSIDE AND UPSTAIRS

Museum Tours: A whole new definition of  "field trip"

Allow your students to become global tourists for a day—and get their hands dirty in the field of art. Our intimate class tours demonstrate how the works in an exhibition reflect the cultural context in which they were made. Students are taught to investigate the creation process of each work, and given the opportunity to explore the process in a hands-on workshop. Tours are available for grades K–12 and can accommodate up to 30 students plus teachers and/or chaperones. Just call to customize your tour to the special needs or age of your group.

To book an Inside and UPSTAIRS experience, contact Holly Jerger at 323.937.4230 x28 or via email: holly@cafam.org

Days/Time: Tuesday – Friday mornings.
(Please check Exhibition Schedule to note any periods when the Museum is closed for installation)

Cost: $2 per child (tour only)
$5 per child (tour and activity)
